So Glad I Discovered This Stuff! Mar 09, 2010 I was looking for something to increase my level of energy overall and sustain me throughout an entire day, but wasn't so intense that I experienced a crash. Since this recession, I work two jobs, six days a week. I suffer from allergies and over the last two years have noticed my general health go down as a result of my lack of energy. I also was not exercising regularly due to my health and decreased energy levels.
For me, this product delivers and tastes great and I enjoy the low cal orange or peach mango concentrate.
There are very few energy drinks on the market today that are willing to load their drink up with as many healthy ingredients as this one seems to have. Additionally, FRS has the least amount of caffeine which ultimately sold me on trying the product. Unlike coffee, it does not pick you up quickly and crash. you. Not only do you feel the difference on the first day of use, but after 3 weeks, I still feel great working and balancing the rest of my life with no problems sleeping at night.
I've also tried the chews which also provide a nice boost before any workout. Because of my sensitivity to energy drinks, I was surprised that I was still able to sleep after my evening workout. I've also noticed that I'm not as sore after my workouts. I think active persons will have a good experience with either product.
The downside, however, is the price is high and the product does go fast. But, I haven't felt this good in a long time, so I find the price worth it.
Based on the reviews posted, many have bad experiencing trying to buy FRS. I have not experienced this problem. I've only purchased through Amazon or the Vitamin Shoppe and both are comparable in price.
beware Mar 02, 2010 FRS was okay. But beware of ordering and read the fine print. After refusing 2 shipments, I discovered that I have lost my money because they do not credit you if you refuse a package!!
Worth a try Feb 26, 2010 I am a person who, like most is skeptical of gimmick ads such as FRS. Yet for months after working on getting back into shape, I'd be run down, tapped out, totally spent for the rest of the day after a run, bicycle ride or hike. One day, in a moment of weakness, I clicked on the FRS ad that greeted me each morning along with my incoming Yahoo mail. I figured I would try it with no expectations of any positive results, cancel the program early on and keep the free gift, which by the way is a very nice spun aluminum drink bottle. I prepared a drink in the morning, do my thing and have another drink in the afternoon. I was reluctant to believe that I felt better throughout the day. Not tired at all. Was it all in my head or was there really something to this stuff? I did various trials - one day take the stuff, the next not, sometimes just one drink in the morning, sometimes a drink when I began to feel run-down... no matter what, there definitely seemed a difference. Even my activity itself seemed to be less demanding. Was it just me getting in better shape or was it the drink? I really don't know but I plan on to continue using it because if I had to choose between positive or negative results, I would select "positive". I canceled the program with FRS. The lady was very nice, and expect a promotional talk to stay with them. I simply told them I found a less expensive source but will continue to use their product. Those who are complaining about being scammed with automatic charges to their accounts simply waited around too long to cancel out of the program. Cancel, get a confirmation number and the name of the agent you talked with. I found FRS cheaper at a local vitamin supply store. Amazon.com seems to have an even better deal. As for taste, mix the 2oz. with orange juice. Much easier to stomach. For the $4.32 in shipping for the free trial offer, that's all you have to lose. You could find something to gain.
FRS Liquid Concentrate for post training sessions and daily supplement Feb 19, 2010 I use FRS Liquid Concentrate as a post training session boost mainly for its sugar content. All the good stuff that's in it is just a bonus. I don't know about the quercetin claims but I've been taking this stuff daily for about two years and haven't had the slightest illness in that time, not even a cold or sore throat. I like the taste a lot but it probably has something to do with my sweet tooth. If you don't like too much sugar, this may not be the product for you. I'm not looking at the label at this moment, but as I recall it has something like 28 grams of sugar in a single serving. This is roughly equal to a can of soda. As far as the FRS low calorie or low sugar products, I personally don't like to put artificial sweeteners in my system. As an athlete, I process sugar well. I don't like the taste or idea of artificial sweeteners. That's just me. I usually have a serving in the morning and one in the afternoon, after each workout.

Pick a different flavor Feb 02, 2010 I like the product but not this flavor. It has the same taste as puke. This was the flavor that FRS gave in the sampler.
I have only tried 2 liquid concentrates. The low carb mango peach is my favorite juice concentrate. Taste like the real fruit juice you buy in cartons at the grocery store. Thats if you go a little lite on the water. I drink it everyday for breakfast. This orange belongs in the drain.
