Well,there is no such thing as 'anti-aging'.So,the title is a bit misleading,to start with.Yet,this is an excellent tome on healing remedies,from around the world.There are so many great cultural antidotes and ethnic tales,from various personal stories.The bottom line is you are better off eating an all-natural diet rather than a factory processed diet.You cannot live forever,yet you can rejuvenate and maintain a healthier path.Also discussed is the power of fruit and vegetable juices,in your daily diet.Many of the typical age-related problems can be negated by following an all-natural diet routine.Most of the artificial processed foods consumed cannot be used by your body,so your body stores the man-made material ,in your fat layer.And your body may have trouble expelling the artificial material,that can lead to diabetes and cancer.This is a great read on global vegan remedies that will help educate ,optimize your vitality , and ease the troubles commonly associated with the aging process.

This book was a very pleasant surprise. I am 54 years old and have a great interest in all things anti-aging. I have many books and tapes This book ranks among my favorites. It is well written, easy to follow and I loved it so much I plan giving like minded friends as a part of their christmas package.
