Awesome cookbook Oct 13, 2008
By Jason What I like about this book is recipes are really easy. I have no problem following recipes, and it doesn't take long to make tasty meals. My favorites are raisin bread pudding, turkey ham and fruit sandwiches, black pepper steak with mixed salad greens. They are lean and low fat. I can indulge without feeling guilty.
Another thing I like about this book is that it has color pictures for all the recipes. I find it helpful to see pictures as reference.
For those who enjoy cooking and stay in shape, this is the cookbook you want to get. I'm glad I got it.

By M. Minton This could hardly be called a book. OK, I wasn't paying attention when I ordered it, and didn't notice it is only 40 pages long. This isn't a book. Its a pamphlet.
I wrongly assumed that a book costing almost $16 would have a lot more pages and recipes. There are a total of 49 recipes. A reasonable price for this should be around $4.98. This is so wrong. OK the recipes probably are really nutritious, but you could do as well at any one of numerous web sites, for free. Don't be ripped off. This is ridiculous.
