Best Product for the Price Jul 09, 2011
By Mimi La Roche-Posay has great products. The Redermic Daily Fill-In-Anti-Wrinkle does work. You will see results within 15 days. The price is great. You can go to a drug store and purchase a product that is the same or higher price and the product will not as well as products by La Roche-Posay.
I have used these products for over 5 years and my skin is soft, firm, and younger looking. I am 61 and have been told that I look like I am in my 40's....

Sticky and stinky. Jan 08, 2012
By Lana I do not like it at all.It has strong smell that I dislike and it leaves my skin sticky.While wearing this cream I cant forget for a second that I have it on my face.It also clogs pores and makes me have pimples I would never had otherwise.
Product turns brownish yellow around tube opening and looks disgusting.
I could not justify trowing away such an expensive product so I use it on my dry wrinkly elbows :}

By samob Like almost all La Roche products, this cream was highly recommended by my dermatologist. I just started using. Good absorptiveness.

I pay the same price for Generic Retin A (tretinoin) & it works better Sep 26, 2011

Drugstore retinol products are priced more reasonably, and are not inferior to, high priced dept store retinol products. However, if you are seeing a dermatologist once or twice a year for a skin cancer check, why not just get a prescription for generic Retin A/tretinoin. Tretinoin works better than any retinol. I have sensitive skin (rosacea and seborrheic dermatitis) and I can use the 0.025% tretinoin without any serious irritation (no redness but the first few weeks I had peeling so I use it every other night.
There is a prescription product (Refissa) that is essentially treninoin in a heavy moisturizer. I tried a sample of it and liked it, but my insurance won't cover any portion of it (it's over $150 a tube!), so my dermatologist suggested I blend the pea-sized tretinoin on the back of my hand with an equal amount of Moisturel CREAM (not the lotion)Moisturel Therapeutic Cream - 16 oz and said it would probably work just as well.
FYI - the skin cancer melanoma kills by penetrating down, rather than spreading on the surface like basil cell carcinomas and other less deadly skin cancers. A proper skin cancer check includes checking between your toes and the bottom of your feet. Most family practice doctors and interenists aren't this thorough, so it make sense to see a dermatologist once or twice a year and get this done - it could save your life.
