Bob Delmonteque has been training and giving sound advice for over 50 years. He is a walking testement to his training and diet program, now 89 he is still vibrant and in good health. I recommend this book to anyone interested in maximizing there health and longevity.

I read hundreds of books on health and vitality. Lot of people write and talk about health, the direct experience of someone who actually is living it, is a completely different thing. Even thou not everything is adaptable to me, I found so many simple useful suggestions to improve my daily good habits.
