I heard about Alpha Lipoic Acid onb Dr. Oz to help diabetics or pre-diabetics' cells use insulin and sugar. They really help. I have them on subscription which makes them very convenient.

I am taking this for my insulin resistance, and The Source Naturals brand is high quality at a great price. I like the fact that these are tablets instead of capsules because I had the problem in the past with having a capsule stick in my throat as it dissolved. Not very pleasant! I wanted to try these out before I started a subscription and I am pleased.
