This is a very good product and was recommended to me by my pharmacist. I take it regularly at half the recommended dosage and that seems to work well. If I feel as though I'm "under-the-weather" a little I increase to 3 tabs for a few days and that seems to take care of things. It's an easy-to-swallow capsule.

I have been taking these vitamins for over four years. Not only is source naturals a great company, but this multi is consistently one of the highest or the highest rated vitamin in the marketplace. Amazon has a steal of price on them, and you will be hard pressed to find them any cheaper (trust me, I have looked). I have done my homework, and I have seen the real world results, the vitamins are the real deal Try them now, and I promise you, you will see some amazing results.

This is a fantastic product that is not too expensive and yet has very high quality nutrients. It has received high acclaim from nutritionists and health experts, hence my incentive to try it, but the best part is it actually WORKS. I do have more energy from 2-8 hours after taking one of these as well...so I do NOT recommend taking this before bed as I have some days and it keeps me up unless I go wear myself out exercising!

These Source Naturals Life Force No-Iron capsules have been nothing but a great benefit to me since I began using them several months ago.The well-balanced formula has improved my general health & well-being and helped me to remain foucused throughout my day. Other multi-vitamin products I have tried did not provide the sustained results I have enjoyed w/ Source Naturals Life Force. Having used other Source Naturals products in the past, specifcally the Source Naturals Daily Essential Enzymes, 500 mg, Capsules, 360 capsules, I was quite confident that the Life Force multi would be the one for me. I have not been the least bit disappointed. Well worth looking into for anyone wanting a top-quality multi-vitamin to add to their daily health program!
