I have been taking these vitamins for over four years. Not only is source naturals a great company, but this multi is consistently one of the highest or the highest rated vitamin in the marketplace. Amazon has a steal of price on them, and you will be hard pressed to find them any cheaper (trust me, I have looked). I have done my homework, and I have seen the real world results, the vitamins are the real deal Try them now, and I promise you, you will see some amazing results.

I switched to taking this multivitamin because it is the highest rated non-MLM vitamin in "Comparative Guide to Nutritional Supplements" by Lyle MacWilliam. I take two per day and feel great.

This is a very good product and was recommended to me by my pharmacist. I take it regularly at half the recommended dosage and that seems to work well. If I feel as though I'm "under-the-weather" a little I increase to 3 tabs for a few days and that seems to take care of things. It's an easy-to-swallow capsule.

This vitamin works. From what I was told, big names like Centrum don't. They do not contain extracts that help absorb all the vitamins and minerals in your body. What I mean is that Centrum multivitamins goes in and comes back out. If you take these vitamins on an empty stomach, you're going to have problems. Perhaps that is why they say in the directions to take them with your meal? I have no stomach problems and I am able to sleep like a baby. Because they ARE an energy activator, common sense NOT to take one before bed. Take one in the morning for breakfast and one either at lunch or dinner (if it's early enough). Not all vitamins are for everyone. Some people may have problems, some not. I am an average person, not allergic to anything and don't have anything "special". These vitamins work great for me.

UPDATE 3/24/10

I am still taking these vitamins to this day. I use the "Subscribe and Save" option on Amazon and get a bottle of 180 tablets shipped to me every three months. I love it! I get a cold once a year, but it goes away in a week. These vitamins keep me very healthy and I do not have to worry about eating the right amount of vegetables and fruit everyday because I get all my nutrition from these pills! It is always better to receive proper nutrition from natural sources, like oranges and mushrooms, but taking a vitamin enhances your health to its most optimum level. These multivitamins were recommended by my dad, and I would whole-heartily recommend these to you! Like I said, they are not for everyone, but it would be worth a try! I now take the same pills but WITH iron. I have been known to have a deficiency in iron so this works perfect without finding a different supplement!

UPDATE 1/16/11

I still think these are great multivitamins, but I have officially declared that I am no longer going to be taking ANY type of multivitamin. I eat very healthy now and will only be taking supplements that I KNOW I need, like calcium magnesium.

Identical formula as tablets but daily recommended dose is 4 for capsules and 2 for tablets. Tablets are large and even if broken in half are difficult for some to swallow. Capsules are easier to swallow and dosage can be more easily divided over the course of a day. Iron in a multiple is generally not recommended for adults over a certain age so this particular product contains no iron but is also available with iron for those who prefer or want it. I did not find anything negative about this product when I was looking for a really good multiple. It contains all of the vitamins and minerals I was looking for and then some others which can't hurt but might help. Supplements were not meant to replace food as the primary source of necessary vitamins, minerals, etc. but a good supplement can fill in the gaps that might exist. I take 1/4 to 1/2 the recommended daily dose and I am very satisfied with this product.
