I was having a really hard time falling asleep and staying asleep following the break-up of my marriage. What can I say? There's a lot on your mind when you're going through something like that! After three months of veritably sleepless nights and utter exhaustion, I searched online for natural sleep remedies and found Source Naturals Melatonin 3mg.
This product works. I fall asleep about 30 minutes after taking it, and I stay asleep until it's time to wake up. There's no hangover or residual effects. It works like it's supposed to and then leaves you alone!
I highly recommend this product if you're having a hard time getting sleep.

These pills are great especially for someone like me that doesn't need help staying/falling asleep often but very much so every now and then. They will knock you out and you won't wake up until the next morning but as my doctor advised me, I should only use it every once in a while because your body will diminish its own melatonin production if I use it as an everyday supplement before bed. But as a suplement itself, it does just as it is supposed to, put you to sleep like a baby! Two thumbs up!

I have found that I have no side effects with this brand of Melatonin. It contains no other additives and is the most pure source I have found.

I have taken other brands of Time Release Melatonin and they help me sleep till morning. This formation doesn't seem to last that long. While this might be exactly right for someone else, it did not live up to my expectations.
