Easy to take and hard to forget. Dec 10, 2010
By Nicole Machi I bought these for myself right before switching to a different multivitamin that had adequate D and K on its own, so I gave them to my girlfriend who never takes vitamins because she just doesn't remember.
When I was taking them I was sort of surprised by how long they take to dissolve. I had always imagined sublingual vitamins would dissolve in seconds, but this is more in the 3-5 minute range. The taste is mild and pleasant enough. I prefer to take all my vitamins in pill form, though, since there are a couple that only come in pill form, its just easier to swallow a bunch of pills than to swallow some, dissolve some, take some in liquid form... Although the flavor isn't bad, I prefer not to have anything with taste. The only reason I would consider getting these again is because I've read that in some ways they are better and more efficient in delivering the vitamins.
My girlfriend on the other hand, has benefited greatly from these. She never remembers to take vitamins, but she put these in her car, so every morning on her way to work she sees them and remembers to have one. She doesn't need to remember to take them only when she's having a meal or only when around water.

Easy, pleasant way to get D3 and K2 May 18, 2010

"Mary"
I am a female over 50 yrs. old and have been using this product for over a year now. I am interested in my bone health and will continue taking this product as well as recommending it to my friends. I get tired of popping vitamin pills, and they sometimes get "stuck" which is quite uncomfortable. These sublingual dots dissolve quickly under your tongue and have a mild, pleasant taste as well. This makes taking vitamins a very easy, pleasant experience.

Easy to take! Feb 03, 2012
By Parent & Physician Our entire family, including a toddler, take this tiny chewable dot to ensure we get enough vitamin D. They are so small, taste pretty good, and are very easy to take by chewing or swallowing. Our toddler loves to take this and also the Dots B-12 vitamin. If you need a D supplement get these, it doesn't get any easier than this. This review is 100% independent and non-compensated for in any way.

Melts quickly, tastes great :) Nov 02, 2011
By ARIES47 Was looking for Vitamin D sublingual because I was Vitamin D insufficient. I had tried liquid vitamin D, but it upset my stomach. I used it for a month but couldn't handle it. I took a few weeks off, and my stomach was fine. But back on the liquid, I had trouble again.
I started taking these the day I got them. They melt quickly and the taste isn't bad. Best of all, no stomach problems. Be sure to take magnesium and calcium when taking Vitamin D. That is important. (especially if you're a woman). I've been told by my physician that men shouldn't take large quantities of calcium and magnesium b/c of the possibility of Kidney Stones.
If you buy these, make sure you are supplementing with Calcium/magnesium and ask your doctor for the correct ratio. It's important to take it with the right ratio of D/Calcium/magnesium.
The internet also has information and guidelines if you don't want to make a trip to the doctor.

Tiny, quick to dissolve, easy to take Feb 08, 2010
By K. Levin Will Vitamin D prove as useful as the media says right now? Who knows! This is a very quick-dissolving and tiny pill, so very easy to take.
Calcium is always a giant horse pill. Too bad all the useful vitamins couldn't be as convenient as this TwinLab Vitamin D. I find it trivial to toss one in my mouth every day, so I'm taking this vitamin frequently, at least. Let's hope science keeps proving it is a valuable one to take.
