 mix 1 shake Feb 17, 2010
I love this shake, but consume it in moderation. There are 22 gm of sugar in one shake, so I usually drink 1/2 a container at a time. I often blend it with a little yogurt & fruit, which makes a fantastic smoothie that is good for you. The protein content really helps to keep me feeling satisfied for a long period of time.

I had high hopes for this drink until I twisted off the cap. My title says it all. I couldn't pour it down the sink fast enough. On the other hand, I bought the orange flavor at the same time and that was delicious!Mix1 - Blueberry Vanilla Protein & Antioxidant, 4 drinks

Not only is this a healthy product, but it is also very tasty unlike many of the competition's protein drinks.

WELL.. the drink kiend of has a chalky taste.. but u should put it in the fridge or if u can blend with ice cubes or fruits.. the bottom line is its good for u.. a frind once told me.. havent u notice that evrything that is good for u.. dosnt taste as good most of the time.. take that into consideration.. try eating raw broccoli to see what im talking about..it's the perfect drink.. for people on the run... and it has whey protein isolate, vitamins, minerals.. perfect for post workout after lifting weights..
the flavor was good enough to finish the bottle..

I'm 27yrs old. Very busy mother, wife and I'm also employed full time. My life get's hectic I dont have time to eat at times. I was running and eating which was making me very unhealthy. Mix 1 gives me enormous amounts of energy. It truly is AMAZING!!!! I enjoy being busy now, more that ever! I enjoy being replenished by awsome nutrients. I love lime, blueberry-vanilla, mango and tangerine. They all taste like a pie in a nice froty milkshake..YUM!
