 Good for you - Great Drink Dec 12, 2008

To those complaining of the taste - give me a break, go buy the million different product out there that taste just awesome and are filled with junk. If you want to buy something that is THIS good for your body, you need to get used to it not tasting like a fatty milkshake. And in my personal opinion, I have no problem with the taste it does have. It makes me feel great after a workout and it is filled with things my body needs.
I'm also on Weight Watchers, and for this particular drink, I love that it has minimal calories (115g), minimal fat (1.5g) and high fiber (8g). I highly recommend this product and I wish there were more out there like it --- that catered less to just tasting good and more to what's actually good for you.

What I was looking for in the morning. May 25, 2010

I was looking for something that was portable, contained a good bit of fiber and actually tasted good for my morning commute. This is it. The ratio of carbs to fiber to calories was right in line. It is a good starter for a long day at the office or whatever you have to do to pay the bills. I would recommend it to anyone.

To those who don't like the taste of this wonderfully high-antioxidant, comparatively low-cal fiber drink, all I can say is you must not be accustomed to drinking anything healthier than diet sodas. I am a health food "nut" and am always keeping an eye out for tasty, healthy drinks with real juice and other beneficial nutritional ingredients. I say this dark berry Mix 1 is absolutely awesome. I LOVE the flavor, and would be drinking a whole one every day if they weren't so costly. My compromise is to drink half the bottle every morning. I will buy this over and over again, and if I ever get tired of this flavor, I will try the orange!

With meals being "all they can be" Army food, it is good to have a source like this to fall back on. The taste is very good!!! I will continue to drink these once I return home as well as they are so good. Highly recommend if you need something to supplement your daily diet.
